Discussion:
Are there any local retail stores to try see, try, and buy brand new basic/simple PC104 (don't need extra buttons) mechanical keyboards in person?
(too old to reply)

Also, I'm looking for a new one that is a quieter clicky keyboard (my friends and former co(lleague/worker)s said I typed like a machine gun to drive them crazy) with both USB and PS/2 [still using a very old OmniCube KVM from Y2K!] connections (no annoying adapters please!).

I liked old school Model M and cheap clicky keyboards like Dell's old PC104 from the 2000s. I still want the number keypads . I don't want to customize the physical keyboard like keys (software is OK, but shouldn't be required). The keyboard should be able to handle my fast, hard typings, dusts, crumbs, etc. They must work in Windows, Linux, and macOS. Wireless is optional, but still want cable for stability and power.

This is in So. CA, USA.

Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)

Do you mean like this one? "Logitech G610 Orion Red Backlit Mechanical
Gaming Keyboard"

https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Backlit-Mechanical-Gaming-Keyboard/dp/B01CDYB8AG/

Good luck, maybe Best Buy.

Yeah, those types except I don't need the fancy extra buttons up on the
top. $74? Expensive. :O Does it even work with Linux and macOS since it
says it works with Windows and uses software? I just want a simple
clicky keyboard as shown in my reqeusts.
